This site is the history of 47 Awixa Ave, Bay Shore, NY, also know by locals as “The Awixa Castle”. The writers of this website owned the “The Awixa Castle” from November 2000 until June 2014. The new owners purchased the “Castle” , in June 2014, and then put it back up for sale in August of 2019. They chose not to be involved with this site. We are hoping that the next owners will participate here. We look forward to helping the new owners in any way as they move into their “Castle”. They have only to ask. (This paragraph is current as of December of 2020.)
